Anti-Scalping and Fair Purchase Policy

At The Toy Spot, our mission is to provide high-quality custom parts to our community of collectors at fair and accessible prices. Our products are designed for personal enjoyment and creative use. We do not support or tolerate the exploitation of our products through scalping or abusive purchasing practices.

Prohibited Activities

We reserve the right to take action against any customer or account that we reasonably believe is engaging in scalping or other abusive purchasing behavior, including but not limited to:

  • Purchasing products with the primary intent of reselling them at significantly inflated prices
  • Repeated bulk purchasing intended to circumvent product availability limits
  • Using multiple accounts, aliases, or automated tools ("bots") to bypass purchase restrictions
  • Coordinating group purchases intended to monopolize inventory
  • Any behavior intended to manipulate product availability for unfair resale advantage

Enforcement Actions

At our sole discretion, The Toy Spot reserves the right to take any of the following actions without prior notice:

  • Cancel any order, at any stage of fulfillment
  • Refuse service to any customer
  • Limit purchase quantities on any product
  • Suspend or permanently ban customer account
  • Restrict future purchases associated with a customer, address, payment method, or account

Orders identified as violating this policy may be canceled and refunded.

No Obligation to Fulfill Orders

Submission of an order does not guarantee acceptance or fulfillment. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected violations of this policy.

Policy Enforcement

All determinations regarding scalping or abusive purchasing behavior are made at the sole discretion of The Toy Spot. Our decisions in these matters are final.

Resin Safety and Liability Disclaimer


All 3D Printed custom parts sold on this website are produced using high-quality UV-cured 3D resin printing and are thoroughly washed, post-cured, and inspected before shipment. These parts will be denoted as "made with resin" in their description. However, due to the nature of resin manufacturing, there is an extremely small possibility that trace amounts of uncured resin may remain on or within a printed part.

Uncured resin can cause skin irritation or allergic reactions if it comes into contact with skin. If you notice any oily residue, strong chemical odor, or tacky surface on a part:

  • Do not handle it with bare hands.
  • Rinse the part under warm water with mild dish soap. Alternatively, if available, wash part with Isopropyl Alcohol.
  • Use disposable gloves if available.
  • Allow the part to dry completely.
  • Expose it to direct sunlight or a UV light source for several hours to fully cure any remaining resin.
  • Dispose of the product.
  • Contact us for a replacement part or refund.

By purchasing and using these custom parts, you acknowledge and accept the inherent risks associated with resin-based 3D printed products. The seller assumes no responsibility for injuries, allergic reactions, or damages resulting from improper handling, modification, or failure to follow the safety instructions above.
