Pre-Order Policies
We proudly offer pre-orders on select items, including both our custom made items and official figures and merchandise.
Pre-Ordering Multiple Items
If you pre-order multiple items at the same time with different arrival dates, your items will be shipped together once the final item in the order arrives. Please place your orders accordingly if you would like them sooner.
Arrival Dates
On a product that is currently available for pre-order, an estimated arrival date will be listed. We try to keep this as up to date as possible. The dates are only estimates, and while this is the date the manufacturer has told us they will arive, things change and we cannot guarantee the arrival date.
For custom-made items, arrival dates are only estimates of when the items will be completed, not a guarantee. As we make these items in house and to order, we cannot guarantee the deadline will be met due to the many moving parts and processes that go into crafting these items. Please do not repeatedly reach out to us asking when your pre-order will arrive, and refer to the dates on the listing.
Pre-Order Payments
For official items, no payment will be taken until the item arrives to our warehouse and is ready to ship. You will enter your payment information, and will be charged only once the item is on its way to you. We do not offer any options to pay in advance at this time.
For our custom-made items, payment will be taken upfront, and your item will ship once it has been completed.
Pre-Order Cancellation
If you need to cancel a pre-order, you can reach out to us for help and we can process that for you.
For official items, you will not be charged for the cancellation.
For our custom-made items, we will keep 20% of the total price as a non-refundable portion of the pre-order. When we make these items, the cost of the item and process of making it is factored in to the pre-order. We know situations change, but please be mindful of this when placing a pre-order on a custom item.
For customers with repeat cancellations (2 or more) we will either require full payments for pre-orders, or ban you from pre-ordering items completely.
Pre-Order Address Changes
Need to change an address for an item that hasn't shipped yet? No problem! Reach out using our "Contact" form or email us at thetoyspot12@gmail.com with your order number and the new address, and we'll get that changed for you!
Shipping Policies
Shipping Methods
We offer US and International shipping through USPS and UPS. Several methods are available for each of these services, including standard shipping and expedited services.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are based on product weight and shipping box dimensions. For in-stock items, you can see the shipping rates available to you at any time.
For pre-order items, shipping fees are only an estimate. We cannot know the dimensions or weight of items we do not have in hand yet, and we will give you an accurate shipping fee using the services you chose once the item is in hand.
Tracking Your Shipment
Once your item has shipped, you will receive an email with your shipping confirmation and tracking information. Please use this tracking number with the service you chose to track your package. We can only see the same information you can with the number.
If your package status says "Shipping information received" or that the carrier awaits the item, please give 24-48 hours for the tracking to update. We try to ship orders out every day, but some days that is not possible.
If your item was returned to us due to an incorrect address, please reach out. You will have to pay the shipping fee for the item again, and we will re-send your item. Please ensure the address on your order is correct at the time of placement.
If your item is delivered, but you cannot locate it, you will have to contact your local post office to investigate further. In some cases, packages will say delivered but will be delivered in 24-48 hours from that time. Please contact the courier in any of these cases.
If you are still not able to locate the package, please contact us and we will request an inverstigation with the courier.
We do not provide item replacements for stolen, lost, or packages delivered to a wrong address due to user error.
