If you're looking to sell your collection, or just downsize, we would love to help you out!
All items must be complete with boxes, accessories, instructions, etc. We do not purchase any loose or incomplete figures.
Below is an outline of our process:
- Please send a list of what you would like to sell with an Accurate Description, Condition, Quantity of each. For your benefit, be as descriptive and organized as possible. Please send your completed list through our contact for, or directly to us at thetoyspot12@gmail.com
- We will go through your items, list, and photos, and send a comprehensive offer to you via email. Please advise this may take some time.
- If the offer is acceptable, we will send you a contract to sign via email.
- Once signed, we will send you a shipping label at no cost to you, based on the dimensions/weight/etc that you've provided.. We will not be responsible for any overages in cost based on mis-information, inaccurate descriptions, weights or dimensions and we reserve the right to deduct any of these costs from the purchase price of the items.
- If the items arrive damaged due to any mis-packing, this will be deducted from the purchase price as well.
- Your Payment will be sent via PayPal or Zelle (Seller's choice) within 72 hours of receipt and final inspection of the package(s).
TheToySpot reserves the right to not buy any and all pieces. TheToySpot does not buy or promote Counterfeit items and reserves the right to hand over any counterfeit items to authorities with the full intention of prosecution of the seller of such items. TheToySpot does reserve the right to re-evaluate any items upon receipt if the item is not as described. TheToySpot is not responsible for items damaged in shipping so be sure to package everything carefully to avoid any final evaluation deductions.
